Darren Melugin - Directional Leader/Teaching Pastor
My wife, Rosalee and I have been residents of Colorado Springs since July, 2017. We love the outdoors and the occasional ski trip when we get the chance. We have three grown children, a daughter in-law and a son in-law who all love Jesus and His Church. Rosalee teaches in the Fountain Fort Carson School District.

Lethia South - MV Kids Director
My husband and I were relocated by USAF to Colorado Springs shortly after marrying in 2002. I have a deep desire to help guide children into the Kingdom of Heaven (Matthew 19:14). I am very motivated to protect the hearts and minds of children. I love watching them grow in Christ and how excited they get on Sunday morning to share how each lesson pertains to their own lives. I strive to teach children how to wear God’s armour (Ephesians 6:11) in their daily lives so that they can become the warriors they are intended to become. My own children are 17, 15, and 7. I love spending time with my family outdoors as we discover the wonderful world God made.
I am so honored to be blessed with teaching children to love God and to show his love to others through their actions. I desire for all children to know the grace and love that comes from Christ and strive to mimic the Lord through my own actions and words daily. ~Lethia
Sandi Leaf - Women’s Ministry Director
My husband Chip and I were military “brats,” and both retired from the Air Force. We have lived in Colorado Springs since 2006 with our twin sons (both now away at college). I have served in women’s ministry leadership for over 12 years and have taught Sunday School and Bible studies for more than 20 years. Chip is currently on the Board of Elders.Together, we love to serve God, our church, and community; and we enjoy traveling when we can.

Hi, I'm Shannon. I am married and have three children. I enjoy anything outdoors in nature, crocheting, and building meaningful relationships with others.

Natalie Poling - Praise Team Director
My husband Eric and I just welcomed our first child, William. We have both been a part of MVBC from its founding, and we have been blessed to be part of such a thriving, kingdom-focused comunity. In college, I studies music, and I am thankful that God has provided an outlet for me to use the gifts he has given me in this area. I also work as an English teacher at Cheyenne Mountain High School, and enjoy working with high school age students both in and out of my job.
