About Us

We have a basic philosophy that we try to live out as clearly as possible. Our philosophy is to develop disciples who love Jesus Christ and seek to lift Him up in everything we do. That is us in a nutshell, so to speak. Be our guest and find out for yourself--who we are, where we come from, and where we are headed as a church family.

Who We Are

We are a group of people who have decided that Jesus means everything to us. We live in His grace and love as our lives imitate Him as much as possible. We are passionate about developing each other to become spiritual leaders who impact our world.

Where We Come From

Mountain View Bible Church was founded in July of 2021 where we met in neighborhood culdesacs. We were a group of believers looking for something different...together, we formed it...genuine relationships with each other and with Christ. Starting in August 2021, we gathered as a family of believers on Sunday mornings in Metcalf Park of Fountain CO. We brought our lawn chairs and shade tents, set them up around the pavilion, and worshipped God together. While trusting God for a location, we doubled in size in the summer of 2021. We have believers from different backgrounds and experiences, all coming together to lift up Jesus Christ and show our community what He can do in their lives.

Where We're Headed

Although our numbers have grown, we believe it is important to “feel small” no matter how many people attend. We believe in the importance of relationships, and we are continuously creating groups of all kinds for people to connect to. We also value connecting generations with each other and bringing people together on their spiritual journeys.

What This Means for You

You are a very important part of MVBC! If we have not met you yet, know this, we are praying for you and look forward to the time God allows us to meet each other.
